"No stars/I have been going to this locations Pharmacy for years. They have limited staff. When you call to try to get a live person on the phone, it's such a hassle. They take over 30 minutes to answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you and you're in the rat race to speak to someone all over again. It is so frustrating. I'm just soooooooooooo disappointed in this location. Fyi; on hold now to speak to someone/I wish I could screenshot this, It's been over 10minutes, still no answer. Then when It seems like someone will answer, it puts you back on hold or they hang up...How come it takes that long when it says it is only 1 person in cue ahead of you....just how?"
"I just had an interaction with "Cory" an african american, and the best, most efficient teller I've ever encountered. I came back to complement him, but he was so kind to the person he was helping at the time (most of us are old), did his job perfectly and then gave me his name. If that guy is there, at that store, I'll go back."
"Recently had an ointment prescription filled here. When I got it home, I discovered it would expire in 2 months. I went back and tried to get them to exchange it. They refused, citing "company policy." I contacted Walgreens Corporate and only got an email response back acknowledging that I wasn't happy. I had the prescription refill transferred to Cub and received a new tube of the ointment which expires in 14 months, which is how long I would have expected. I hope Walgreens really valued the $31 they got from me, because it will be the last they see."
"One of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. It’s blocks from my house so I only go for convenience but after my recent issues with getting my prescriptions filled, I’ll travel to another one. I recently ordered our Christmas cards online, I got an email that they’d be ready for pickup after 10am the next day, went after 12pm to get them, and it was a disaster. Nobody was in photo, only one person at the register, went there to ask for my order, was told it wasn’t ready because it wasn’t cut. Showed her my email, and then she said she’d go cut it. She tried to cut it, had issues, I saw her go ask the manager Jasmine, and the manager shrugged it off. The lady tried to hand cut them but they looked bad, and it’s not her fault. This was poor management to help support her team. I told the lady I’d come back later but before I left, I talked to the manager and she legit walked away from me when I was in the middle of talking. I wasn’t rude or anything, just simple brought up the concerns and that her team might need some support. There is more to this but the moral is that the management absolutely sucks and if I were her, I’d be ashamed of my lack of leadership skills and critical thinking. If you can avoid this Walgreens, go somewhere else."
"This really should be a zero. I’ve had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions filled here for the last year. My last one was sent in Friday and I still have nothing. I called 3 times yesterday and after waiting 10+ minutes each time no one picked up. On the forth time someone finally picked up and said they just got into the safe and they would have it ready in 2 hours. I’m still waiting. Update: Now they are telling me the medication is back ordered and it has been for 3 months at Walgreens. Funny that both my son and I had it filled there last month….and even if it is why did you tell me it would be ready yesterday AND you don’t let people know if you can’t get their medication. Time to find another pharmacy."
