"I had a problem with Bix n Andy two stage trigger since I got it. Talked with Alex and sent it back to him. He fixed it for me but didn’t last. So I got in touch with Alex and he advised me to send it back in. September 9 is the PA ARA State Championship. Alex two day shipped me a single stage Bix n Andy. Put it on my Vudoo and went to the range. Let’s just say I’m ready for the state championship. Thank you Alex and Bullet Central for superior customer service."

"So I was at the range doing load developement when I fired a really hot load, so much so that I blew the primer which forced the firing pin back and damaged my 1 month old Bix and Andy trigger and it would no longer fire. 100% this was my fault as you should not trust everything you read on the internet when it comes to powder charges....lesson learned and glad I was not injured (thanks to my Borden BRMXD action). So I followed the Bullet Central Tutorial that showed me exactly how to dissect the trigger, but alas I still really didn't know what I was looking at as I was a trigger virgin. Lots of little parts, springs and some balls. So I took a picture of what I was looking at and emailed the guys at Bullet Central ad explained what happened. I thought I would be forced to layout another $4-500 on a new trigger. Instead, they told me right away that most likely my balls had been dinged (ouch). They shipped out a new set for me right away, (Free of charge!) I reinstalled and presto...my Bix n Andy is as good as new, just in time for my tournament this weekend. "I placed an order for ammunition online. After a year of waiting for the ammunition and never receiving the ammunition, so I canceled my order and asked for a refund. They supposedly can’t put the money back on my credit card that I purchased it with. And they can’t/won’t send me a check. They want my bank account number to send me my money. I don’t trust you enough to give you that info. I have asked several times for a different way to refund my money. What a nightmare. I’m NEVER dealing with this company ever again. It’s been almost a year and a half since I placed my order. Still no ammunition or money."
