"I have never had so many issues with trying to get basic medications filled, it seems like everytime I come there’s a new issue! The convenience is lacking even though I only live 3 blocks down the road, i will be switching locations! They don’t know how to add insurance to my account, and the insurance they tried and verified for me I had never even heard of. That seems like a HIPPA violation right there, obviously they added someone else’s insurance to my chart-hence why my meds aren’t being covered. Nobody knows what the hell is going on. I’m fed up with trying to explain how a primary/secondary insurance works."

"The staff is great and helpful, including the staff in the pharmacy. I always have a great experience when I have to stop by. And its never packed with people which I like. However, some customers get way too close for comfort when I am at the cash register. Personal space should still be a thing! Like back off! Damn!"

"Twice my prescription has not been available when desperately needed. I now have to cancel my appointment with my Dr due to walgreens not having my prescription available for my Dr to show me how to administrator. I am going back, very reluctantly to cvs. I can't stand cvs! But, they always have my prescriptions available... David Suga"
