"The pharmacy tech is the RUDEST human ever. And the pharmacist is non existent so if you need a pharmacist to sign off on your meds you will be told by the pharmacy assistant that she can’t do anything, and then she just walks away. Leaving you just standing there. Lovely."

"I have been using the store for several years now. They have one person in the pharmacy that is a real bad customer service person. Even though I've been getting my prescriptions here for 2 years, they never can enter the insurance information right. They also like to argue with you when you tell him this is what you have to do. They send me notices that my prescription is ready. I get there and it's not ready. Or they have the wrong price on it? I'm on Medicare with a prescription plan. They're supposed to be free yet today. They charge me $291 for a prescription and then they said their system is down. If their system is down. Why didn't they wait to get the price when the system was back up again? They have a lack of people working there to take care of the regular part of the store, so you're basically doing your own cash sharing, which I realize is, nowadays, but you can't find anybody to help you whatsoever. Also back to the pharmacy the people that collect your payment and that they're great. Nothing wrong with them understanding and kind. It's just this one woman always wants to make you Wait while she tries to figure out what went wrong with your prescription. Or your insurance. My advice is go somewhere else, although I haven't had greatest of luck with Walgreens either"

"Went to buy a wound dressing. Guy working there started helping me check out, and asked multiple times for my phone number. When I declined to provide it, he declined to help and took my merchandise to self-checkout. Do I only get customer service if I agree to provide my phone number? This was the most insane shopping experience I've ever had. When I refused to provide my number, he said "didn't realize you didn't need anything else" and threw my stuff on the self checkout kiosk. Why would he assume I did need something else? Why do your employees get snarky when I don't provide personal information for what I thought was an anonymous purchase? Very weird, and Walgreen's has my future business."

"There’s an older woman with low cut gray hair that works in the pharmacy who has always been rude no matter how many times I’ve visited this location. She is very unpleasant and always seems to be in a bad mood. I tried to inform her my insurance had been updated since last year and the care type had changed and she proceeded to interrupt me stating, “the ID number is the same we already have it”! I said yes the ID number is the same but the care type has changed. This woman began to hang up the receiver while I was in mid sentence and walked away with my insurance cards, set them down and started to sort the med delivery boxes then came back after a few minutes telling me the pharmacist has to rerun my medication and it will take 15 mins. (Mind you, I’m at the drive-thru) I understand I’m not the only customer but honey if you’re not happy with your profession please move around! I have given a few passes because I respect my elders but that behavior will not be tolerated my next and last visit! Walgreen’s here I come!!!"

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy. It's ridiculous how bad it is. It's 1:45 on a Sunday and the entire pharmacy is shuttered. The lady working the merchandise tells me it won't open until 2:00 and they close at 5:00. Are you kidding me??? Why would anyone continue to go to this pharmacy. I certainly will be switching. And this has happened to me many times before. Totally wasting customer time driving to this store when they say they are open 11-5 yet you show up and the entire pharmacy is shuttered.... Unbelievable. ALSO there's typically an older woman working at this location and she is the absolute WORST. Not sure what happened to this lady but she is the most incredibly rude unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Many times I've been here she won't say hi, she won't go to the register for 5 minutes and totally ignore you then when she finally comes basically asks what do you want in a why are you here type way. Does the owner of this store not care about the customer feedback you are receiving? This woman should not be employed if she wants to act like that."
