"My experience with this business was very frustrating. I brought in an apron to be embroidered. I paid extra ($32 for two words, which seemed rather expensive to me) to have the embroidery larger than typical size, and completed in a specific font. I had a long conversation with the staff member about the specifics of what I wanted. We flipped through a book of fonts to select one and she showed me what the larger size would look like. However, apparently the staff member I spoke with didn't record any of the details of my order except for the thread color. When I came it to pick it up it up the embroidery was very small font and the wrong font. I was really surprised that a company that specializes in embroidery would be so careless about the details of a customer's order, especially when they are doing something that permanently alters an item. The staff member I spoke with on pick up eventually agreed to refund half of cost, which seemed less than adequate. If you care about getting something embroidered in a specific way, I suggest you go somewhere else to get it done appropriately."
