"Understanding when their drivers will deliver is a pain because their routes shift around holidays. Additionally, coats get misdelivered and lost rather frequently. Tagging them so they come back to the correct lab members is also difficult. Originally, switching to Cintas from Aramark was amazing, but it's continued to decline over the past four years. I'm looking into alternatives, yet again. Update: More lost coats and getting replacements for them has taken months. Still don't have them. This company is steadily getting worse. I really dislike that we don't have another option besides them at this point."

"Went there for work , they have you work an 8 hour shift for $80 ....mail it to you 2 weeks later sweat through 2 shirts , I felt used.."

"Would not recommend cintas service from this location. We own a small business and continuously are billed for items that are not provided. We have brought it up numerous times to our sales rep and the customer service department and it’s the same story every time. Always told it won’t happen again but it does not stop. I lost faith in their ability to accurately bill for their services. It’s not about the consistent $10 a week that is improperly billed it’s about their inability to resolve a repeating problem."

"They provide uniforms for my company and do an absolutely horrible job. They messed up all of our uniform orders and have not been able to fix it for 3 months! I still don't have pants that fit as they keep giving me the wrong size. They can do better"
