"We had a problem with getting our film back from the developer. The store manager Mark was very helpful and put a lot of effort into fixing the problem. We got our pictures back. I have also gone there for a vaccination. It was simple and easy. They had the vaccine but my medical clinic didn't."
"Can’t recommend getting a vaccine here if you’re at risk of fainting. There’s no way to lie down, they’ll ask you to walk out of the vaccination room while you’re light-headed, and if you ask for water or an ice pack or something, they just tell you to go buy one… which would be actively unsafe until I can get back to normal, but also just cheap and rude."
"This was not something I experienced personally, but after seeing how a vulnerable adult was treated today, I was left with a very heavy heart. A lady came into the walgreens on Duluth exit off highway 100. I believe she may have suffered a stroke before because my sister also suffered a stroke in 2021, nine days after giving birth to her son so I know how my sister looks right now and seeing this woman drooling just like my sister, I knew she suffered something sometime in her life. Anyway, she had entered through the exit side of the line and honestly, it's not easy to tell where the entrance was. The cashier started telling her very loudly that she was in the wrong line. She couldn't speak. It was very obvious she couldn't. Another worker in the store said "are you deaf" then he proceeded to say "I tried". When it was my turn, I informed the cashier that the lady had been in the line before me so she could go. The cashier understood. I was called by a gentleman cashier and all of the sudden, I don't know what cause the lady to snap and bang her hand on the counter, but I heard the cashier yelled and said, she should leave and that she wasn't going to complete her transaction. She pick up her bag and started to leave. Security was called on her and as another gentleman came to assist with the matter, a really nice lady offered to pay for her item. That's when I left the store. I had an appointment so I had to go. I couldn't stop thinking about that woman and I kept looking out the window of my car for her, but I didn't see her walk out. I really hope she's ok. This left me thinking about how people like my sister gets treated everyday. I was also thinking about how this would have been handled had she been white."
"The pharmacy doesn’t follow CDC guidelines with regards to vaccinations. Was refused a vaccine that my primary care doctor and my oncologist both said I needed and I qualify for under CDC guidance after I’d been able to schedule it online. If you need a vaccine in the area go to the Cub off of 55 and 169. They’re open until 9 on week night and gave me my needed vaccines as a walk in."
"Been going here for prescriptions over 30 years, as my parents did too since we all lived in the area most of our lives, visiting Walgreens often. The past couple years have been horrible at this location. Attitudes with cashier at the main checkout moody, and oftentimes downright rude while I am pleasant to everyone. I've called ahead for prescriptions and been told they're ready only to come to pick them up and find out they aren't. I came in and once again my prescriptions weren't ready, they didn't even have the order which was sent in hour and a half prior and I was told wait 15 minutes. I said I can't stand because I'm injured which she could clearly see, so I went and sat in a chair next to her window. My name was called by the male pharmacist working on orders so I came up to get them and was rudely told by the female one that I first came up to that I needed to stand to the side - which I was already doing to wait for the person being helped at that moment. Then she snapped at me and said "there's only one line here!" as a line had started to form, but being told something like this had never happened in the past as there was always an express option for ordering ahead like I originally had! (and again, I couldn't stand because of my leg injury) I calmly asked her "so I have to get back to the end of the line now?" And she barked at me again about it, even saying she had to help the NEXT person in line, so I hobble to the end of the line... There were only a couple people in line, but she was so incredibly tense and worked up as if there was chaos vs. calm in control like a person with years of experience in much busier situations ought to be able to handle. It was ridiculous. She could have simply told that next person that I had been waiting and I think that seeing my injury AND seeing that I had been sitting in the chair all that time that person would have understood!! When there's a chair available and you can't stand in line what in the heck are you supposed to do? That was just not right, and I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. It's the second time I've been treated rudely by a pharmacist at this Walgreens location. Way to lose a long time customer Walgreens! By the way Fabian in the cosmetic department is absolutely fantastic! Lee is a great employee and the girl who has helped me many times in the photo dept. Is a gem. Still, I cannot give this store more than one star."
