"Lack of any customer is very evident. Our group was promised apprael by or before 10/31. That day came and went and no email or any notification of delay. Items were ordered so we would have them for events/tournaments. Tried calling to see if they could expedite an order and just got a generic response. I will advise to not use them again for our association. We paid ahead of time or I would go to another vendor and have things done in a week. Use them at your own risk."
