"Made purchase several hundred $ about one month ago. 2 pair of scrub pants faded so quickly and so faded I cannot wear them to work. I went into store and asked for credit toward another purchase. Cashier was very friendly but said his manager said no, there is nothing they can do even though it was within their return window because they were used. Not happy. This is not customer service"
