"Bought some surge joggers and ripped a 3 inch hole in the calf using the pressure of my index finger and thumb to pull the leg up. They “made an exception” and exchanged them but only after scrutinizing me and accusing me of lying about how they were torn, suggesting I was biking with them. I ran in them. Imagine how I felt. I spent $118 on pants that lasted me an hour, and then got accused me of lying about it. I even showed them where it was ripped at the seam and they still denied it. I’m rethinking shopping here in the future. Thanks for “making an exception” but if your quality control sucks I’m not going to gamble hundreds of dollars on clothes here in the future and be accused of lying when they fail."

"had an amazing experience in the store, finding things that I love. However, I was in a huge time crunch, traveling out of the country, so I needed to pick up specific pieces quickly. Either my helper or the checker did not inspect the merchandise, and in the morning, when I was getting ready for a long international flight, two of the pieces were damaged leaving me scrambling and nothing to wear on a very long flt."

"I’ve shopped at pretty much every Twin Cities location, and despite being located in one of the snootiest malls, hands down it has the best selection and best customer service of any of its locations (North Loop comes in at a close second for CS, but the selection is nowhere near as robust). I have walked into here post-workout, looking like a hot mess, and I’ve always been greeted right away and have never had an unhelpful associate. Unlike other stores (like Athleta), where I’ve been ignored as I walked in only for them to enthusiastically greet and run over to the older (and white) women entering the store right after me, I’ve never felt unwelcome in this store. Today we went in hoping to resolve an online order snafu (they sent the wrong pair of pants despite what the packing list said). I had previously tried to talk to their CS people on the phone, was on hold for 45 min with the most insipid hold music crackling over the phone, and I’d rather rub my forehead with a sharp cheese grater than go through that again. The manager (male - did not catch his name) listened, had an associate call CS for me while we shopped and looked around the store. The associate got through in ten minutes, resolved the issue all while we were able to exchange other items for different sizes (with another helpful associate helping my husband find an elusive size). It was a complicated situation that was handled well by their team, and we appreciated them going above and beyond. On this particular visit, I also had my rambunctious 3 year old and bored 6 year old - didn’t even faze them. So I tolerate walking through the Galleria if only to frequent this location because I know the service is that good. Bravo!"

"Space is utilized to the max. You’ll find all of its latest drops here. Fairly big space. Customer service is horrible. I’m looking forward to Lululemon getting into footwear. Their return policy on their running shoes are amazing. I won’t return to this location."
