I have no experience in dealing with freight delivery companies so the staff at Palay helped me coordinate the purchase and delivery of these cases and simplified the whole process for me. "I ordered two plexiglass locking cases for gridwall. When they arrived one of the cases was broken (obviously not glued well). I contacted the company and was told since I only saved the packaging from around the broken unit and not the packaging from both units I could not get a replacement. I let the contact person know this was not acceptable and I would not be using or recommending their company. Then they offered me a replacement case for another $90.00.......Palay I didn't break this case, it came broken. Under no circumstance should I have to pay for a replacement. Bad business..... I would highly suggest continuing to look for another store fixture store."
