"My experience at Pro Nails was lackluster. They were able to get my friend and I in in a timely fashion and were polite but that's about where the positives end. I received a gel pedicure and a (supposed) regular polish manicure. During my pedicure there was barely any effort put into scrubbing the calluses on my feet, which are nominal in size. When a tool was dropped on the floor it was haphazardly rinsed in the foot bath and used after that. When receiving my manicure, I had a little bit of gel from a previous manicure. The nail tech used a nail drill bit that's grit was far too rough and she burned me multiple times. She didn't even get everything off from the previous manicure and my nail shape is still abnormal weeks later. She asked I pay before the painting of the nails because they would take a while to dry. I paid one price and when my friend paid, she questioned the price as it was different from what was posted on the wall and what was told to us on the phone resulting in the two of us paying a different price for the same service. I asked for regular polish but the first coat was a clear coat cured under the UV light as was the second coat which was the pink polish. After that, two more coats were administered but not cured (as regular polish shouldn't be) but I believe that my nail tech was actually using gel nail polish. After she was done painting my nails, she went back with a cuticle cutter and started trimming the corners of my painted nails. The next day my nails still felt like they hadn't cured all of the way and started to peel/chip. The picture provided in this review is from the day of the manicure."
"Service is ok. She always charges me a different amount each time I go in for a fill. Charged me 35 then charged me 50 and the last time was 55? The gentleman is better."
"Their customer service was great. Very kind. Pedicure was ok at best. Manicure ok at best. My cuticles were left looking half decent, gel polish on finger nails turned out to be lumpy. Lost one whole gel color on toe next day (they repaired it) finger chipped day 4. Massages were poor barely even a massage.... Rushed and seemed to just want me out of there. Just not overly impressed with the quality of work."
"My daughter got her nails done just for regular acrylic nails they charged her $75 that's insane! Then they were doing her nails and new people came in so they stopped and started working on there's and finished there's and then went back to her. That was so rude!"
