"I just got my nails done here and the service was rude. I have very thin natural nails so I asked them to please be careful when filing them. The lady got mad, told me that's not possible and told me not to come back again. I was in shock and confused and she said, "do you understand me? I said go back to the last place you did your nails, don't come here again." If I wasn't half way through my manicure and waiting for polish, I would've walked right out. This isn't the place to go if you have any special requests or thin nails."

"Have been here before years ago and had a great experience, so I came back. Half of the reason I get pedicures instead of doing my own nails, is I love the massage chairs. I have a bad back, so it is a great part of the experience you are paying for. The one I was put in was in broken. I asked to move and were told they were broken. After that, I changed my request from a deluxe to a basic pedicure. They were very rude and the pedicure looks terrible. If you don’t have chairs that work, that needs to be disclosed. Won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it."

"This place is not clean at all. The tables are not clean, the equipment is not clean, towel she laid down was not clean, nothing is clean. It seems like they also buy their supplies from Walmart— everything is very cheap. The nail tech was kind, but sanitization comes first. Would not recommend to anyone. This is also in Walmart if that says anything."

"Had an appt to change to nails. Needed gems removed and mail polish changed with a new design for my wedding Told me they don’t do jewels and I couldn’t have a heart Was treated very rude and was told to leave cause I was upset and crying for being treated so rudely! Plus my fiancé had an appt for his manicure. Been coming here for a long time! NEVER AGAIN! So inconsiderate!!! Just needed it changed and wouldn’t do a simple heart with a jewel. I have had many jewels done in past - how pathetic!!"
