"Terrible job. I asked for a fill and color and I was very unsatisfied. I asked to reshape the nails and clean my cuticles since there was paint all over them, she just said everyone does it different and refused to make them better."

"Went there to get acrylics for a wedding I was in and was very unsatisfied. I’m missing the fill on majorly of the nails, the paint job is horrible, the matte finish doesn’t cover all of the nail polish, absolutely no cuticle care, the edges of my nails are messed up and when I went in to show them and get them fixed, the lady looked at me and said “you’re fine, they’re fine” and shooed me out the door. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Haven’t even had them for 4 days and they look out grown!"

"honestly extremely unimpressed. didn’t realize getting ombré was $35 more than a solid dip. (something that would’ve been nice to know before) without having acrylics or a proper manicure & no cuticle care, spent $70 on these. i could have gotten a full set of acrylics with dip and my toes polished at a high quality nail salon for $100. i wish i would have known the quality and the cost that nail city was going to be. would not recommend to anyone after this experience, very disappointed."
