"Lady at the front desk is pretty rude! I was asked if I was an existing client, I a said “I wasn’t but it was an emergency!!” Just when I was going to try to explain what was going on with my dog, she interrupted me said that they don’t accept new clients, then she literally hung up the phone on me!! Very rude and unprofessional!! I NEVER write reviews, but this upset me enough to make it the first!!!"

Not a bad experience the first time but it appears the front desk staff can be quite rude at times, and she suggested I “couldn’t handle” filling out paper work after some confusion on the appointment. Definitely going back to our usual vet."
