"If you want service on your machine, go somewhere else. Our SkiDoo sat with them for over 6 months for warranty work on a new sled with 374 miles on it. They never figured it out (every week they said they needed another 2 weeks to try something else). On top of that, they left our sled rotting in the sun all summer and now it’s faded. We pulled the sled from them and brought it to Power Lodge who got it sorted out in 5 weeks. Mike, My husband Rob spoke with Rick bi-weekly on the 2022 MXZ TNT. Case name may have been McGurl."
