"10 degrees is apparently too cold for the machine to work to fill propane. We’re in MN I find this hard to believe. If it really is the truth, quit being cheap and purchase quality parts for your filler or something i don’t know. Whenever I try to get propane from them they have an excuse why they can’t. Which is why I call ahead now before driving up there."

"I ordered and paid for an item back in May and still have not received it. I've called several times only to be told "it should be here soon". I have received no updates or communication. I finally called about 3 weeks ago to cancel and to credit my account. The woman I spoke to said "I'll look into it" I asked if she would let me know and she said "yea". 3 weeks later, still nothing and my account still hasn't been credited. Very disappointed."
"September 21st, 2020 I happily make the 40 mile round trip here monthly to get dog food and anything else I need around the house. The entire team in this store is always welcoming, friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. Tonight this store and the team’s character was on full display. The kindness shown at checkout when I realized I’d left my wallet at home (you know who you are) and you saved me by paying for my dog food and treats. This is so rare today.
