"At first I thought it’d be a good place to get a haircut, looked like a lot of people were satisfied on the reviews. They definitely aren’t experienced barbers and only know how to do 1 haircut. I have curlier hair, which most people in roseau have pin straight hair. I was very clear with directions and even showed pictures. I asked for a taper on the sides & back, and trim a half inch - 1 inch on the top. He gave me a single guard buzz all around and cut off 3 inches on the top. He didn’t even texture my hair, which I asked for. He also was watching & screaming about hockey the whole time, dragging out my haircut, and distracting himself to give me even a decent haircut. No tip was left he knew I was very dissatisfied. Glad I’m never going back to Roseau or Brots barbershop. So unprofessional."
