"Great Experience!!! I was a first time customer with Krishell so I decided to do the free 15 minute consultation first. That was very helpful. Krishell told me about her process and what to expect with my first appointment. My first appointment went very well. Krishell cut my hair, deep conditioned it and styled it. My hair was totally rejuvenated! We talked about products that would work well with my hair. She encouraged me to deep condition my hair on a regular bases. She also told me if I have any questions or if my hair needs any further adjustments not to worry and that I could reach out and book a quicky appointment for any touch ups. I discovered about 3 weeks later I would like further curl advice and would like to have a bit more taken off. I was able to schedule that. She took the time I needed to discuss styling as well as trimmed a bit off the back as I requested. I washed my hair the next day and my hair was super happy with the end result.
