"This company did an inspection for a home we are selling and I had a sump pump sitting in a bucket that I used when I dug a pond in my pasture and left it by the house. He did the inspection and assumed I used it for water intrusion under the house. So it was put on the report and now the buyers terminated the contract and it costs us 450,000$. My home is built on 2ft concrete footers and underneath is 10ft center block with the crawl space being 5+ft high off the ground. Absolute pathetic work. Highly not recommend."

"Complete waste of money as an inspector! Joe Maxwell "inspected" a house we are set to close on this week, it was a complete joke. He did not go into the attic, in his report he stated he went as far as he could. Which was not much further than the stairs. He missed a plumbing building code error. He missed in the attic that the plumbing wasn't insulated at the t's (which first freeze would of caused the pipes to burst). He missed several electrical building code errors. We ended up having to hire a plumber and electrician to come out and inspect after him and that is what our house inspection was based off of. He only noted small cosmetic issues such as door stops missing and a door bell not installed. No major issues that were found by a second party was addressed by Joe Maxwell."
"Great learning environment----excellent class!"
