"I had my eye removed in 2022 and everyone recommended Dr Wiggins for a local Dr. I loved him but his staff made me go find somewhere else to go. I found Dr May at Fant and she is wonderful! I am in and out in less than 30 mins and the staff is great as well!! Dr. Wiggins, you need to get some better people in there.. or maybe you are so busy you dont care about those of us that aren't happy!"
"Brandy G is one of the most rude optical techs I've ever experienced otp, she was super rude and condescending for no reason when asked general questions that shouldn't have bothered her so much, she should stop answering phones all together smh, I wouldn't want anyone with that attitude to work on anything concerning my vision!"
"Been calling for over an hour. Have yet to speak to anyone! Have had to hang up and start all over after being on hold for more than 10mins, 8 mins, etc. Have called 5 times. WTH?!?"
