"Dr. Sims is retired. I had been seeing him for approximately 6 years and he did a great job. It is now being run by a woman that really doesn't know what she is doing. Clutter was everywhere in the office and I had to fill the same form out twice along with giving her my phone number on several occasions. I am private pay and was always just billed in the past and always paid. The first time I actually went to see her she refused to bill me (after 6 documented years of payments being made) so I had to pay on the spot. Then, she took me off the medicine (which I had been on for about 10 years) abruptly and started me on new meds that ended up having terrible side effects. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks now, left about 12 voicemails, and no response. I am Bipolar, Manic Depressive, and have general Anxiety. Now I am taking no meds and feel worse than I ever have before! This is nonsense, there should be at least someone that I could talk to or someone to return my calls. Nothing. My condition is very treatable, but when I have no treatment at all and am withdrawing from the meds she yanked me off of.... well what kind of business is that?"
