"First off I called this lady to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get a dread retwist she told me to bring her in at 10am on Saturday I got there at 9:50 and she told me they wasn’t ready for my daughter yet she had someone else in the chair doing box braids she made that client get up then she started on my daughter hair after 20 minutes of is being there and then she rushed through my daughter dreads and didn’t not retwist them correctly her dreads are already coming out I WILL NEVER BRING MY CHILD HERE AGAIN SHES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"
