"The front desk receptionist (her name was Kari) or something like that was rude and she talked to me like I was an inconvenience to her. When I walked to the check in desk I wasn’t greeted or asked anything. She just kept her head held down typing away on her computer. When we finally exchanged words she had this condescending tone in her voice. I was a new patient and this was my very first appointment and I just didn’t like the attitude I was getting. First impression is everything. When I booked the appointment I was told Medicaid was accepted and it would be my secondary insurance on file (I have insurance through my job that’s my primary) but when I went to my appointment the Kari girl told me they don’t accept adult Medicaid so I was told two different things. I honestly don’t plan on going back."
