"The office worker that called me was extremely rude claiming that they didn't have my phone number to reschedule an appointment even though they called me on my phone number to set the appointment in the first place. And I checked with my doctor's office that sent the referral and the correct phone number was on it. If you try to call a supervisor they just make you leave a message for the doctor, who I'm not going to bother over the office worker being rude and take away from his patients. But of course the office worker knows that, hence her getting away with being rude to customers/patients."
