"There seems to be a huge miscommunication/ no communication problem. I was called an hour before I was supposed to be in the clinic to go ahead and come in now due to a schedule change. Due to my anxiety I have called several times prior to my appointment to verify my driver and a young child can be inside the waiting room. I verified when checking in and was told they could be in pre-op with me. When I went back into pre-op I got changed and asked when they could come back, I was rudely informed they were not allowed in pre-op nor were they even really allowed in the waiting- room but would be allowed during recovery. They were not allowed in recovery with me nor was my driver able to speak to the doctor. While in pre-op I was also met some rudeness outside of my driver, just was not the best experience."

"I have this at two stars because I didn't die or get injured. However, staff had poor communication to begin with, and then no one wanted to tell me what the results were unless I went back in for another $250 appointment (I did finally get it out of them over the phone about 5 mo later). The first bill came about 6 months after the procedure, and I just got a 4th bill 10 months after the procedure. Seems like they aren't sure what they're doing, and I wouldn't trust my care to this place ever again."

"4-11-22, family is still NOT allowed into the facility due to "COVID-19". Really guys??, at this point it is just an excuse not to have family in the building. Gas is almost $4/gallon and I'm expected to be outside in my car? Uggg I cannot even with ridiculous excuses from this facility. We will not be back, this is after all a business and we have choices. I prob should not that there is a text message system to update about family member. But to be honest.. not enough!"

"I had breast cancer & required several surgeries including double mastectomy. Springhill Surgical center is my preference for any surgery. Center is clean, prompt and staff is very caring. I want to note my care by Janelle was exceptional. She was friendly, gentle and caring. I to hope someone at hospital reads this & gives her praise for her excellent care."

"The customer service here is awful. You are basically treated like cattle, they are just wanting to move you in and get you out. They also did not ever send me a statements letting me know about my balance. I did get a letter informing me that the were sending me to collections. The staff could be friendlier. I was talked down to by 75% of the staff there, including nurses. In post-opt, the group of nurses that were there actually talked about me and height, weight, etc in front of me while I was waking up. They tried to cover it by then asking me about how tall I was. I will try my hardest to avoid using them ever again. If I could leave a zero star review I would have."
