"Disappointing experience. Wish I had known a 30 second nasal endoscopy was considered an "outpatient surgery". A complete waste of time and money only for Dr. Smith to tell me she suspected one thing but was going to treat me for something else instead. Then her nurse sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and was strangely rude considering it was her mistake. I spent a lot of money for absolutely no answers."

"Staff and Dr. Smith made my appointment nice. The only issue I have is that I am not techno inclined (in fact, dumb) and I have trouble completing information on a computer, tablet or anything but paper. I am glad my pcp recommended Dr. Smith to me."

"Didn't get the results I needed, was very vague in regards to my hearing but told me to wear ear buds though she stated my hearing is fine. ... I don't recommend this Dr.... As I Al's got told I didn't have tinitus when I know I do. She didn't understand or want to understand what my concerns were, she acted as if my concerns didn't matter...."

"I have tinnitus, which I already know. I waited 3 months to see dr smith. My appointment was for 10:30. I arrived by 10:00 to fill out new patient forms. It was Halloween day and the staff were dressed up. Would have thought they would be in a better mood but they seemed a little irritated, not attentive and one was texting on her phone. I waited a full hour in the reception room while several other patients came in and out ahead of me. When I was called back to the patient room I was told they needed to do a hearing test to determine my hearing. Really was not necessary but I went in and did it. They determined I had some mild hearing loss which I had already told them. Then waited for dr smith. She came in , did not introduce herself was very abrupt looked in my ears and said “ there’s nothing we can do for tinnitus but get you hearing aids. I had told her I had frequent congestion and coughing but she never looked in my throat or even bothered asking more questions. I left feeling like something more could have been done and slightly irritated. I do not recommend using this clinic as it seems as if it was all about the money. Uncaring staff and doctor. If you have a choice, I advise going elsewhere. Dr smith really does not care for patients and has a terrible bedside manner. Totally unprofessional"
