"I was trying to schedule an appointment for my mother over the phone, but the front desk sends me to a different number that goes straight to voicemail every time I call."

"I was a patient of Dr. Parkhurst along with my mother and my father! My father considered him a good friend, but when my father passed away...we never got anything from them! No condolences or nothing! That is not the worst of it! My mother bed ridden for the bigesst part of a year after my father passed away! I am an only child, my sister passed away two years prior due to cardiac arrest! I spent almost a year taking care of my mother....trying to work twelve hour shifts and having to take off when she got really bad! I tried to get FMLA for the time I was off and each time I sent the paperwork to Dr. Parkhurst nurse to be filled out, all I got was (I'm sorry but your mother needs to come in for an appointment for us to take care of that) my mother was bedridden!!! I almost lost my job over it!!! Before my mother passed away(two weeks before) she was in the hospital twice with breathing problems! The first week at St. Vincent(Sherwood) they did nothing for her!!! Dr. Parkhurst refused to come to the hospital to see her(covid)...don't know? They sent my mother home in the same condition she was in when she went there!!! A week went by and my mother's health deteriorated rapidly and the very next week she was in Baptist(Spring Hill...North Little Rock) and guess what? Still no Dr. Parkhurst!!! They sent my mother home with little to no care!!! When my mother came home....she was a vegatable...she passed away a week later!!! I will never use St. Vincent Heart Clinic or Dr. Parkhurst!!! They don't care and I learned it the hard way!!!"

"This is where my mom sees her heart doctors and all of these folks are fabulous! Today for example, we showed up and within 5 minutes she was in a room being taken care of. It was incredible! No waiting an hour in the back for the dr or nurse to come in—when they give you an appointment time that is really what time you will be seen. They are very methodical in their treatment plans so they don’t miss any small details and work very well with the other doctors on her team. I’m so thankful Dr Krisht sent her to this clinic!!"

"If you want poor customer service, Lack of follow up and failure to act professional then this is the DR for you. I left 3 messages in attempts to get appointments. I was finally contacted to schedule the appointment. I was given an attitude from the start. The caller said she had never received any messages... That is great... Call your customer a liar. When I indicated it wasn't my fault she didn't get the messages her answer was it wasn't their fault either... Well yes it is, your company is who owns their phone systems as I doubt they are free... I fired them and let them know I would find another DR who values their customers."
