"I see now why this practice has only 3.7 Star review. Wish I had NEVER gone to Dr Aaron Woodall. Poor communication within the office, Dr Woodall does NOT want to hear about the issues (pawns off on 800# to complain to and they don’t respond either). When I asked for his help on Patient Assistance Paperwork, and he only wanted to give a 90 day prescription, I explained “You only get ONCE/YEAR for this so a year’s prescription is needed.” He said “I was going to help you but now I’m not!” and he proceeded to toss the paperwork at me and walk out like a toddler! I told him “I owned 3 businesses for 20+ years and would never have treated a customer the way you have me!” and his response was “I’m not a business and you’re not my boss!” Well buddy the minute you decided to take money from my insurance company you BECAME a business. I told him I was finding a new PCP as he was walking down the hall. He obviously has a lot to learn about how to treat patients, handle internal office issues that affect patients, NOT blaming patients for problems HE refuses to address, and how to handle elementary things like Patient Assistance paperwork. Primary Care Doctors are not hard to find. Spare yourself a lot of headache. Don’t go here. I’d give ZERO Stars if I could. I have a new PCP who was just as horrified by this behavior as I was. 0/10. Do Not Recommend."

"They are very rude and violated HIPAA law! Failure to treat patients with dignity and respect! Need an entire new staffing or to be shut down because they condone this type of behavior. And if I could I would give no stars because that’s what they deserve and this is every time I visit. Oh! And they didn’t want to give me MY medicine number but preceded to give me the wrong medicine number!"
