"I agree with the other reviewer! They were rude to me and actually hung up on me! For no other reason than my being a little hesitant in trying to figure out what the next question I was going to ask! Come on now! And this IS the correct office address!!!"
"This place does not treat you with care regarding your mental problems. I would not recommend this clinic. They will call you to reschedule an appointment then charge your insurance company for you not coming to your appointment. Then rude as ever"
"I call and rescheduled before the day of my appointment 4 times because twice I had car troubles on my way to the appointment (I reschedule for the next day, but the part store didn’t have the part and had to order it so I couldn’t make that appointment and I explained when I called once again) and I called and told them and they African American receptionist was rude as always. The other 2 times were emergencies with my epileptic daughter. And the first time was a no show because I assumed they will give me a call for a reminder since the appointment was schedule 3 weeks from when I called and made it. I then explained to them how I actually need a called the day before because it’s hard for me keeping up with my appointments, my 3 children’s appointments, and just my everyday load as a single parent. Today I had another appointment but I didn’t get the reminder so I missed. I get my days mixed up a lot so I really need the reminder. I called and the receptionist told me she isn’t obligated to call anyone the day before, but I thought being a facility that tends to mental health patients they would try to do what’s best to help the patient, especially when requested. She told me that Dr. Kang would not see me anymore and that I would have to find someone else. So here I am in need of medication that they know because I’ve told them the past moth. She could have atleast with professional curtesy saw me one last time and told me that herself and tried to see what is going on. So this just shows me I’m just a patient, nobody important and forget if I have a mental breakdown. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."
"Do not try to make an appointment here. I waited almost 2 months the first time I scheduled only to find that the week before they canceled and moved my child out to the next month. In the mean time, the PCP tried to bump her up sooner so it changed the provider. Waited another month to have the mean receptionist call and cancel because the new provider didn’t take my insurance. This was after confirming the apt earlier that day. Then tried to schedule us for 2 more months out. This is just not acceptable care! Find somewhere that cares and doesn’t make you wait months only to call the day before and cancel!"
