"My son needed to be evaluated and the referral from our ped was not getting back to us/playing phone tag. Other places wanted a referral before seeing him. Dr. Crater took my call, answered my questions and went as far as running my husband and sons insurance to see if she could see him. She was able to see him for an evaluation and her staff, professionalism and clinic were amazing. She went above and beyond for me and my family."
"Clinic and staff are very professional yet friendly. Clinic atmosphere is personalized. Appointments are timely. Treatments are professionally explained prior to treatments. I lucked upon this clinic while I had been waiting over a week for a call back from a larger clinic, which I had been trying to get an appointment into for PT, however no one from the larger clinic was calling me back from there. Just so happens I prefer the smaller more personalized services received at MCH Physical Therapy after all."
