"They caused me permanent damage with under the table work in order to lie to the main company who micromanages. Inconsistent and poor communication, low perfessionalism. I now have to seek medical care at UAMS due to this."

"Horrible from the start. I went there in April 2021. The whole time I was in the office I felt like something was not right. The staff and doctor acted strange. Even though my insurance paid them in May 100 percent of the bill, they took money from my credit card also. I have called them every month since then - June, July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, and now March almost a year later. This is the worst I have ever experienced treatment from a medical office or anywhere. Horrible"

"I have had nothing but problems from this place with there billing department, they didnt bill my secondary insurance at first and then when they did they tried to bill them the whole bill, I have cigan for my property and secondary insurance and some how they billed my primary insurance out of network but my secondary insurance in network, I have asked for a detailed billing statement and they refuse to give it to me, there billing department will try to rase there voice at you and tell you that you are wrong. I will never go to this place again"

"Bad, do not use messed up co-pay at time of visit in August 2018, called me demanding a payment, refused to statement to my home. Rude staff I spoke to did not speak English, refuse to send statement to home wanted a payment over phone."
