"If I could give this place a 0 I would. These people don't care about your well being. The big lady at the front the tall lady is very Rude..She is convinced that everyone that comes to that office is a drug addict. So they don't let you explain to them what's going on. they send your prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Then they don't return your phone calls until they get ready like a week or so. By then you have ran out of medicine because they won't return your call so you that you can explain to them what's going on. I have not seen the doctor but 1 time since I have been a patient. I have been a patient for over 2 years. I have seen him 1 time...Never again. Don't waste your time....they send your prescriptions to the wrong pharmacies and then you have to call to get it sent to the right one. They return your calls when they get ready for weeks..."

"It's okay ,they push shots and if on mmj they won't do full meds only little amounts & they push head meds (antidepressants)"

"Today my partner went there today for his appointment at 7:20, apparently the doctor overslept today. So he waited 2 hours for Dr. Ghaleb Ahmed. When he finally got to talk to the Dr. about His medical issues. The Dr. did not care at all and gave my partner the same medication, that doesn’t not work for his pain. Basically the Dr was also fat shaming him for his pain. Very unprofessional and uncaring for people. Seems like they just care about money more then anything. I recommend do not go here. Nobody cares at that pain management. Please start caring and show some compassion to everybody. Stop the fat shaming on human beings…"

"I’m reviewing the office in North Little Rock where I was under the care of Dr Donald Crabtree. I have never been to pain management where I was so poorly mistreated. I would give them a zero if it were possible. Beginning with the front desk receptionist. On one occasion she actually began discussing my financial situation in front of an office with several patients. I believe that was violating HIPAA laws. On every occasion in there she was extremely rude. I told the doctor about her and he supported her. I was rather shocked. One day she actually sent me home crying. When I called five weeks later to reschedule for the Little Rock office I was told I’d been fired. No phone call no letter nothing. My primary care doctor had not received anything either. She faxed them as to why I’d been let go and all it said was I’d been let go. I called the office manager who said there was nothing in my file and he would have to talk to Dr Crabtree and get back to me. I never heard back from him either. I was told you are supposed to receive a certified letter when you’ve been let go. Nothing. It was a horrible experience."
