"They reschedule appointment a lot, it is very hard to reach them by phone. I missed 1 appointment, called several times to reschedule it in advance and I got no answer. I called again and left a voicemail and not one called back, they just scheduled me out 3 months on their own, and charged me a fee. Luckily I looked online and found an earlier date. The treatment itself and customer service in person is good though."
