"I previously gave this facility a good rating but when I got sick my PCP at the time, ordered me to take very high dosage of sleeping medication that could have possibly killed me."

"If you can go anywhere else you should. The doctors (Nathan Fawbush in particular) and lab technicians are great, but the receptionists up front are ABSURDLY unhelpful. They never answer the phone and are very rude when you do get a hold of them days after you need to. Good luck getting anything done in a timely manner unless you email your doctor directly. Hire better front desk help, those ladies clearly don't care at all about their job."

"Dr. Nate Fawbush is the most exceptional doctor that I have ever had experience with. He actually listens to his patients unlike other doctors who give nothing but 'assembly-line' care. You know he genuinely cares about you and goes out of his way to make sure you are thoroughly taken care of when you go to see him. I normally have severe 'white-coat syndrome,' but my anxiety has never been an issue when I go in for appointments to see Dr. Fawbush. He is incredibly down-to-earth and by far the best doctor I have ever had. I only wish I found him sooner."

"Dr Parsons unfortunately was not able to work on my tooth. Understandably. It's my fault I waited so long and it's just a bigger issue now. He did prescribe me antibiotics which I'm grateful for because I'm pregnant and I was worried about the infection getting to Baby. I was worried going in about some of the reviews on here about him, but I found the Doc and his assistant to be very nice! The staff at the front desk were also friendly, just very busy on the phones also. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and I'd definitely recommend them to someone without insurance/ low income needing work done."
