Reviews
"I am satisfied with the services and enjoy the environment and great staff since my recent relocation."
"In my opinion Dr. Shami Nandy should not be seeing geriatric patients. She does not listen and does not give any weight to my opinion. She seems to be interested only in scheduling tests, lab work, and other departments for consulting to run up a large bill. This is assembly line healthcare at it's best."
"Just finished first appointment here with my 77 year old mother. By far the best care she has received anywhere. This is the place to go if you are a senior citizen in the Central Arkansas area. All of the staff from beginning to end where caring, compassionate and patient."
"I loved my Mom doctor (Dr. Wei)... but the prescription request is horrible and frustrating! I have called 3 times and no call back... I will have to revert back to my old PCP that I didn’t like just to get her medications filled."
"The good doctors don't stay long. The last visit we asked why my wife's body was shaking and jerking often to the point that trying to drink a cup of coffee meant spilling coffee everywhere and the cup banging against her teeth. The doctors response was "it's probably the gabapentin she takes. She shouldn't be taking so much medicine". The doctor didn't do anything else. She seemed ambivalent about my wife's condition. She didn't offer to substitute a different medicine, didn't offer to research why she shook so badly, didn't offer to refer her to a neurologist. When we went to her cardiologist at a different medical facility, we mentioned the same symptom. Tha APN immediately referred my wife to a neurologist. Which the UAMS doctor should have done weeks earlier."
