"I have been seeing Dr Ramirez as my PCP for over 6 years now and he is just wonderful! He's hard to get into so I've had to see the nurse practitioner a few times but she is lovely as well. Brittany, I'm not sure if she's a nurse or a medical assistant but she is the best! She makes sure my experience is always the best it can be and she always takes care of me, with referrals, blood work and just everything!"
"This is by far the best far the best PCP I've ever been to. They put the patients first and it shows in everything they do. Appointments are easy to make. The front office personnel are well managed They are friendly, professional, and work to address any questions or concerns. The nurses are experienced, engaging, and efficient at thier job. Same goes for the doctors. They take the time to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this provider."
"I recently moved to Sherwood, AR and I am looking for a new PCP. I called this place and selected #1 for scheduling and it rang a few times then just hung up on me. So I thought I'd try another route and selected the nurses line. It rang and rang and then hung up on me. Needless to say I won't be using these people for my doctor. I can just imagine being a patient of theirs and this happening. No thanks!"
"I love this Clinic I have been here for at almost 2 years without a problem not one problem with the staff and they are always very professional, respectful, caring, genuine with their patients, and very understanding with your needs. The Doctors are there for you and they sit and listen to your needs. Dr. K is my favorite very concerned about his patients and always treat us with respect. Overall if I have to rate them on a scale of 100 I would rate them 100/100"
