"After having my wife and kid wait for over an hour in the lobby, they then told my wife to take our sick kiddo and leave due to him not being Covid vaccinated. That’s right. They kicked out a sick child. What kind of person does that? Do they really care about your child? I filed a complaint with the licensing board, BBB and the Attorney General."

"This pediatrics office changes their rules without properly informing parents. I was told by the nurse that Dr. Vinson, Dr. Roark, and the office manager are the ones who make and change the rules here. My child's original appointment was canceled because the doctor was going to be out. The morning of my child's rescheduled appointment, I was told that I would have to reschedule because they saw that I just had my child tested for Covid. I explain to the nurse that my son wasn't sick. He was just tested because his daycare asks us parents to do it. I initially was going to get my child tested after the appointment, but when I got there at 7:40am (appointment was at 8:15am), I saw that the Covid drive thru line didn't have anyone in it. So I took advantage and decided to get my child tested while I waited for the appointment. That apparently wasn't a good idea and they canceled the appointment. As a working mom, I was trying to be proactive by killing two birds with one stone. Sadly, the nurse was not interested in what I had to say. She kept talking about their policy. According to her the policy states if a child or anyone in the home has taken a Covid test, then the child will not be seen until the results came back. Again, my child wasn't sick and had no symptoms. Its just a precaution for daycare. Just like it is for some of our jobs. I understand rules, policies, and procedures. However, I don't understand how people are allowed to change these things without properly communicating before hand. Had I known that this was their policy/rule. Then I would've waited until after my child's appointment. I also asked to speak to the office manager and was told that she hadn't made it in yet. I asked for her to call me back. I would like to notes- its the end of the working day ,and I have yet to hear from her. Its unprofessional and very tacky."

"We moved to Conway in Dec 2018. We used Sherwood family prior to moving and wanted to stick with a Baptist provider for the ease of chart review and the accessibility throughout the state. We tried out Baptist Pediatrics and saw Dr. Vinson and fell in love with her immediately! She is attentive and really gets on the kids level of communication. We had our 3rd child in July 2019 and she was there for every concern and question we had. In July 2020, he started showing signs of Type 1 Diabetes, took him in and she ran the appropriate test and sent us to ACH the same day. We heard the diagnosis that we were prepared for (kind of) and she has been there every step of the way. She called me while we were still in the ED awaiting an inpatient bed. She listened to me and prayed for us. She has checked on him multiple times since. She is an angel to my family and I am extremely glad God put us in her care. Thank you Dr. Vinson for being who you are and having the compassion and empathy that you do. We have seen Dr. Roark once for my middle child's sick visit. Even though it was curbside, she made sure to listen to her and treat it like we were inside in an exam room."

"The doctors are GREAT, but the STRONG cologne air freshener that knocks you down in building really should not be in a doctors building. Some have allergies! Please please change this. I always complain on the strongness but yesterday I smelled it at my car when the door was opened by someone. Very strong and inappropriate for a doctors building."

"I absolutely love* Dr. Jones. She takes her time with you and your kids amid it's obvious she cares. The only down fall (which I can live with) is that because she takes her time to make sure your taken care ofis that your wait time might be a bit long."
