"The front desk checkin person was totally rude, non communitive and did not represent your business in a positive way. She has no communication skills and appreciation of patients concern over identify theft and security of their personal and financial information. Not impressed with MD RX given was not a dose needed to treat my illness. The care I received on this visit was suboptimal to what I received on my last visit with the NP. Will not return to this location."

"Awful customer service came in at 7:10pm to get seen. They close at8pm. They had not a SOUL in the waiting room and told me they were booked for the night. I see people sitting in the back doing nothing, the front desk girl was doing nothing. They just didn’t want to see me because it was close to closing. When you are an establishment that is catering to the sick, you need to show empathy. The girl rolled her eyes when I walked in. She is an evil woman and that place needs to get better bedside manor"

"I have used Med Express on several occasions when I need to be seen quickly and my primary care wants weeks or longer to schedule something. They have always been quick to get me in and provided the care I needed. I think a good option if you are unable to see your PCP. Just wish they had not closed the location by War Memorial."

"Having made an appointment for 12:30 I arrived on time and checked in. There were five or six people in the waiting room. I have no idea if they were walk ins or had an appointment. It was not until approx. 1:30 that I was taken into the initial prelim room and finally into the exam room. Where I waited again. Do not see the advantage of having an appointment. The check up by the PA was thorough."

"I came here for a drug test. Was told I couldn’t be scene til 4pm. She asked to see all my information to not check me in then, but instead had me wait closer to 4 to reproduce that SAME information she just had. And they had just serviced a different person in my slot. Very slow and unreliable service in my book. I had other things to do. If you aren’t busy, and have time to spend please do visit. I wish lazy people would keep they behinds out of the healthcare field!"
