"I had an infected wound that I needed an antibiotics for I dropped in the clinic and the receptionist/check in person was totally inept. she didn’t know how to enter a UHC member number to get my insurance card to work until I called my insurance company and they told her how to input it. She didn’t know how to do it. The doctor was great. The rest of the visit was great, but the receptionist was horrible."

She was suggestive on my worries. This was my first experience at an urgent care and it was great. The nurse that took my vitals and administered my shot was nice and friendly as well. Office visit was $120. Plus shot and medication. But overall decently priced as my insurance lapsed. Thank y’all so much at Baptist Health!"
