"Doctor Kenneth Johnston is a great doctor and I am very sad to have to go else where but the nurses and staff at Little Rock family clinic are incompetent. I have called for two weeks to get a medication moved from one pharmacy where it’s sold out and on back order to to a different pharmacy that has it in stock and can not get them to do it I have left at least 7 messages talked to them and thought they had done it to learn they didn’t! Absolutely disgusting service!"

"Dr. Melinda Patterson is Not a good physician. I went in with a serious medical problem. She never asks enough questions or seem concerned. She doesn't seem knowledgeable about Anything. Dr. Patterson will never follow up or make sure the problem is resolved. I even asked for a referral to see a specialist and she never gave me one. Everytime I have any medical problems. The only thing she will do is send me for labs and I never hear from her again. She sucks as a physician and I will never schedule another appointment with her. If you're looking for a good primary care doctor please look somewhere else. Very inexperienced and unprofessional"

"Accompanied my husband on his doctor visit. The only part that went smooth was the check in. He couldn't see his doctor (he is never able to see Dr. Ford when he is actually sick. We always get shoved off on one of the other doctors). The nurse in the exam room said he will probably never be able to see his doctor because he is scheduled out for weeks in advanced. She said the only way to guarantee a visit with him is to set up an appointment months in advance. How does that make sense? Do we make an appointment for months down the road on the off chance my husband is sick at that time? We saw Dr. Sullivan today. I would use the term "saw" losely because she spent maybe three minutes talking to us and all she told us was they would do a flu and covid test. After the swab test another random nurse comes in and says she is there to give my husband his injection. No one had said he was getting an injection, we didn't even know if his swab test came back positive or negative at that point. We asked the nurse what the injection was for and she said she didn't know, she was just told to give it. We asked her what medicine was in the shot and once again she said she didn't know. My husband said he wouldn't accept a shot without knowing the what and why. She left. Dr. Sullivan came back in with an attitude and told my husband that he could turn down the shot but she was just trying to help. We tried to explain how the nurse couldn't tell us anything about the shot, but she didn't seem to understand why it is concerning when your nurse can't tell you what they are injecting you with or why. We did consent to the shot once she told us it was a steroid which was all the information we needed in the first place. We check out and we notice there are 2 of the same charges on my husband's account. It was for the flu swap. He asks and they said it was for the two types of flu and they just coded it wrong and that it didn't matter because it was going to the insurance. We were told my husband has a virus and it just has to run its course. But then my husband gets a text as we are leaving that says they called in a prescription for him. Both of the medications were just over the counter meds that we can buy without a prescription and this was after the doctor specifically said she couldn't prescribe any meds for a virus. This visit can only be classified as incompetence on the part of the two nurses and Dr. Sullivan."

"I have been going to LRFP for over 20 years and I am looking for a new office. It’s a shame! I love Dr. Ford and he has always been a good Dr. but I can’t see him unless I schedule several weeks/months out. I can never see him when I am sick. I wish he would go into private practice. I don’t mind seeing another doctor/nurse practitioner occasionally but they don’t care…they have no idea who I am and my health history."
