"Honestly ive been going here for a long time and Mr Mcdonald is my doctor and he is great but today 03/02/2024 at 645pm. I called twice earlier ( after hours) left a vpixemail but seriously they are horrible as hell and I mean it. What is so difficult about actually prescribing a antibiotic for a tooth that is broke n off and causing me issues . DIDN'T GIVE my wife time to talk basically saying I need come in Monday... REMIND YOU I'M NOT IN ANY PAIN JUST NEEDED INFECTION GONE DEFINITELY NOT THERE I WON'T AND I DON'T CARE BECAUSE I WENT ONLINE AND GOT TAKEN CARE OF WITH OUT A ISSUE. KEEP on being a scrappy"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Timothy Hodges at the Barg family clinic for several years, and I could not have been happier with the care that I received from him. HOWEVER, since Dr. Hodges’ retirement at the end of 2023, I have seen other physicians within the clinic and I have been less than impressed with the level of care they have provided and even been offended by one of them. Their bedside manners are absolutely atrocious, their diagnostic process has felt less like a Q&A and more like an interrogation, and I have spent most of my appointment time defending the decisions of my previous general practitioner even though they were his colleagues, and they have my entire medical history right in front of them on the computer that they won’t look up from long enough to look me in the eye. If the patient load was too much for them to carry upon Dr. Hodges departure I completely understand, however, it very much feels like the method in which they are using to try and remedying their predicament, is to offend and alienate their current clients into leaving…. and they have succeeded! My entire family were patients of the Barg Family Clinic, but we are no longer! It is upsetting that the loss of one physician has diminished the level of care that this clinic is able to provide for the general public. If you’re considering this clinic, please know that you will likely get better care at a medExpress, or any urgent care facility just like I did when the remaining physicians at The Barg Family Clinic failed to accurately treat my respiratory infection. The 3.5 rating they currently have is very generous."
