"Place is a joke and apparently Bob needs a new job. I called in to receive help with my fathers vehicle. Very simple problem...the car is shaking at anything over 55. I asked if this is something they can help with if I send my father there to have it inspected. He is traveling and called to ask for my help, saw the great reviews...hey lets give this place a shot. Well, should have not wasted my time even trying. I explain the issue to the first person, then I get transferred to Bob.... I then re-explain the issue...in the middle of it.. and I quote " I do not have time for this, I have a mess" and just flat out hangs up in the middle of the call. So, with that said use this review as you wish for any further potential "customers" and I hope you will head on over to somewhere else to avoid a place that will NOT have time for YOUR issues. Thanks Bob !"

My vehicle broke so I took it to GAT. It was done in a week. They had to wait on the parts. Understandable. Four months later my car broke again on a part that was related to the first one and GAT didn't even charge me for labor. Gateway Auto Tech is honest and stand by their work!"
