"I want to start this post off my saying we are minorities. I’ve been in this store once and can felt that I was not welcomed Fast forward, my husband took my son to get some fishing lures from this establishment. My husband stayed in the car. I want to mention my child is high functioning autistic. Well, my son was caught stealing so he called my husband and told him to come inside the store to get him. When my husband walked in the man was yelling in my son’s face. I don’t condone stealing at all but it was completely unnecessary to be yelling in my child’s face. After yelling in my sons face he proceeded to get into my husbands face pointing his finger and yelling at my husband. My husband stated he had a strong alcohol smell so he had clearly been drinking. Luckily an off duty cop walked in and broke up the altercation. The cop told my husband that he handled the situation very well considering how this man was yelling in my husbands face and accusing my husband of sending our son in there to steal for him. We don’t have to steal, we can purchase things. We aren’t poor. Like I stated previously I don’t condone my son stealing either but he’s also autistic. I just want to state that you should be very careful of yelling at peoples children like that cause had I been there the situation would have been completely different. How about have some professionalism and not drink on the job like an alcoholic. I will never do business here again and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to do business here. I will be speaking with the sheriffs department about this incident since my son is autistic, I may even sue for the way they treated my disabled child."

"I’m thoroughly impressed by this gas station’s offerings! It’s a fantastic spot for outdoor gear, fishing/hunting essentials, and surprisingly great food. The fish fry, fried shrimp, and fries were phenomenal, and the breakfast sandwich was just as good. Service was delivered with warmth, attentiveness, efficiency, and professionalism. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality food and outdoor essentials!"

"Stopped in there for a plate lunch. Got the meatloaf, cabbage, mashed potatoes and gravy and a dinner roll. Everything was very delicious, a bit pricey being just over $13 for the plate. It was a good amount of food, but seemed a bit too expensive."
