They are the kind of healthcare provider that has has been needed for years - They really do provide care that is clinically excellent and keeps patients from falling through the gaps between acute care and post acute medical needs, especially with complicated needs. They also deliver the care in a professional and very kind way and are easy to access. Lay’c Young (my Nurse Practitioner) is the absolutely the BEST! She is empathetic, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always listens… and then comes up with creative ways for problem solving…I would want her taking care of any of my family members and close friends if the need arose. My perspective is that of a current patient (“seasoned” RN)familar with standards of care, evidenced based practices and clinical excellence/outcomes so I am speaking from a (skeptical) patient and clinical perspective…! In my opinion, THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!"
