"Tried to take an 11 year old here on a Sunday, and a lady in front of us was there with a 2 year old. They told them they could not see children under 5 yrs old. When we got to the counter they changed it to under 13. Seemed suspicious. I know pediatrics is more specialized, but it just seemed odd to say under 5 and then change it."

"Professionalism, mannerism, and compassion is not there with this clinic, from the phone staff to the managers. Everyone is unhappy there and for what reason I’m curious? Low pay? Bad hours? This clinic deals with a lot of elderly people who do not have advocates to help them navigate their appointments and I think this clinic really takes advantage of that and continues to be rude and dishearten to patients"

"My brother went in to be seen about his knee because he was in a lot of pain. I personally had to walk him in through the entrance because he was limping. The visit was horrible! Everyone but the Radiologist had the bedside manner of a Rock! They acted like he was faking an injury when it was a previous existing injury that needed to be cared for and y'all call yourselves a professional medical center!? I'll be sure to let the people see this review!"

"Went there 7/30/22 at 3:40 trying get my 8 yr old tested and the receptionist was a complete Witch. I would've gotten her name but she'd probably been too lazy to have given it to me. If only her attitude was as bubbly as she was......"

"Professionalism is still a thing, right? I fully understand they can't help misinformation and are just doing their jobs. However, the woman working the desk today was absolutely rude and uncaring. Laughed at my misinformation on the phone , completely unapologetic about the complete disregard for our time and gas now that our appointment is at a completely different time. Luckily, I'm not working a set schedule today and have plenty of gas in my car. Not a luxury everyone has. Then was rude while taking my mom's copay. My mama is about as quiet and kind as it gets. Absolutely unnecessary. I certainly hope the doctors helping my mom are more caring than this woman. She is definitely not who should be representing their office and needs to work on those people skills. Complete lack of professionalism and empathy."
