"Doctor is great! [Tillmans]..it took forever to get appt with doc bc of the scheduling person wasn't there the first time then their computers were down, it seemed to always be something. The counselor is ok I guess but she likes to talk about my stories in relation to hers without offering suggestions on how to my situation. But she's a great person!"

"I have been going here for a little over an year and have been put on 3 different types of medicines by an APN have never seen the actual therapist, and 5 different times I've left the facility with a hand written next appointment for 30days or so, but on each of those occasions on the day that I'm suppose to meet with them I call to confirm my appointment because I live an hour away from the nearest location and my appointment doesn't exist. Like today I was given a new medication with a 30day supply and was given a follow up appointment by the front desk to come in today dec. 14/ 2021 @2 pm. I called to confirm and I'm not in the system and now have to wait another week before I get a refill because of the incompetence of the team at this location. I would really like to speak to someone in the higher up about this because it is having a big negative effect on my mental health, when they are supposed to be helping not making it worse."

"Currently searching for a new therapy office. Due to an error by the office staff I was originally placed with a therapist who does not accept my insurance. After two appointments I felt like I already had a good relationship with this therapist. I was then told that they were changing my therapist because she did not accept my insurance. I was also told I am not the first client this has happened to. I had an appointment with Dr. Tilleman and due to issues beyond my control I had to call the morning of and cancel. I was then given a lecture by the office staff for canceling my appointment which I made very clear I had to cancel for reasons that were beyond my control. I am a grown adult and do not need to be lectured about cancelling a doctors appointment. I had to pay $140 bill because the office was not charging me my copays each visit which then racked up a large bill. It was quite the inconvenience when I had to pay that because the receptionist couldn’t keep up with asking me for my debit card each time. She also was clueless as to how much my copay was supposed to be as their is on amount for PCP and one amount for specialty visits. My husband went to see Rebecca Burke the nurse practitioner. She claimed to have called him in some medicine to the Kroger pharmacy but there was not a prescription there. He called the office same thing happened. The pharmacy staff called the office still no prescription was sent over. This went on for a month until my husbands appointment with Dr. Tilleman who finally called the medicine in for him and he was able to pick it up with no issue. Now my appointment has been rescheduled three time due to COVID reasons. I get it, that is out of my therapists control I was offered telemedicine but prefer to speak to my therapist one on one. I then get a phone call today that they cannot get me in the day I’m scheduled for because the office overbooked my therapist on the day I’m scheduled. This is the final straw for me. I have now cancelled my appointment and am going to do better research finding a new office to go to. This office is a joke they need to find better staff to run this place!"

"At first I loved Phoenix counseling, everything was great. I loved my therapist. I had some issues & and was prescribed medication from another facility almost a year ago. 3 months ago my dose was up’d. No where in their documents does it say I ever was prescribed a higher dosage, even though my pharmacy has sent multiple proofs of it to them. My first issue was my appt with the doctor was on the 16th. They moved it to the 20th without notifying me, until I called because I couldn’t refill my medication! Then they called in a lower dose because there’s no proof I was ever put on a higher dose in their office even though the pharmacy has faxed multiple proofs. Therefore during that time I had such bad withdrawals I ended up in the emergency room. So, now they have switched doctors. No one has tried to fix the mistake. This is the second time they are going to allow me to withdrawal without a care in the world. Sometimes I call the office & im ignored because they know what I’m calling about. Today, I finally got more info then I’ve ever gotten that they refuse to fix what they messed up & to call my pcp who doesn’t prescribe those medications(I told them) they said I’d have to get a new pcp. This has became absolutely ridiculous. The office does not have it together there what so ever. I’ve been battling this for weeks. They allow people to go without their medication on their part & don’t care what you go through. Like I said they have no charts of me being on a higher dose that they prescribed! Now, once again my pcp has to fix their mess up if she can & help with the withdrawals. I don’t understand how a counseling place can just allow you to withdraw off your medications because of their mess up. A very dangerous medication to withdrawal off of at that. I do not recommend them at all if you need any time of medications that you could possibly withdrawal from because you will have your fair share of withdrawals dealing with them. I’m so very upset to have to move counseling places due to their mess ups, uncaring ways & ignoring me knowing what I needed."
