"I have been seeing Ms. Alisha Ashley, FNP for about a year now. I have a complex and unusual medical history. She has been quite knowledgeable in treating me, great in listening to me and including me in the health care decisions that affect me. I've been to the practice about 5 times now. My longest wait has been about 20 minutes. I've had both phone calls and patient portal messages returned promptly. I've treated the staff with kindness and respect and always received the same in return."

"Unprofessional staff. They do not return phone calls as scheduled. I attempted to register as a new patient and gave them all my information. They said they would call by the end of the week a few weeks ago. Failed. If they can't keep a very simple callback schedule, how could they handle any type of medicine? Run as fast as you can. The less-than-3-stars total review they have is 100% earned."
