"This was my original doctors office but then I lost my insurance and had to go to compass, when I got my benefits back they told me I was no longer welcome there that once I switch I'm not allowed back and watch out because they do double charge you for things you may not know about! But I'm very pleased with my new doctors office and the nurses are much nicer."
"Our family loves this clinic. Dr. Bray, the nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, counseling associates - all wonderful! Especially with the pandemic. They have done anything and everything possible to meet people's needs during this difficult time. They don't believe in wasting people's time which I appreciate as my schedule is already too busy. They answer all questions thoroughly and do whatever they can to get you feeling better or your health need met. We have used them for over 5 years and highly recommend this clinic."
"There have been several incidents where the medical team failed to get back in touch with me when they said they would. On yearly check up, I was told my thyroid numbers were off and they would have more labs done to see using the same blood they had drawn before and then call me. Never done nor called. Then I was waiting for a medical clearance for hip surgery. My husband had to call and jump on them because the APRN I see was off the week and not able to sign. Really??? I had been waiting two years for this already. Then after surgery my blood pressure had changed and I was to stay in touch with PCP to make sure it stayed normal . I was scheduled for a video visit. They checked me in. And no call. I waited 4 days before calling to complain about their poor service. I was told I would get a call that day and the receptionist apologized. No call... my family will be finding a new doctor"
