"Really disappointed in the service department. Mislead about diagnostic process, and then returned the car to me with a coolant hose disconnected, spraying radiator fluid all over the inside of the engine compartment. Service agent was defensive and condescending. This used to be a great dealership, went extremely downhill in the past couple of years. I won't do business with them anymore."

"I requested synthetic oil and was told by the service representative that their oil change interval is 5,000 and remained insistent after I said the Honda interval is 7,500-10,000 for my vehicle. My experience with the cashier was strange and difficult to explain with words but to say maybe like a petulant toddler. For these reasons, I am happy to drive further to receive service in accordance with Honda maintenance (and not a self-serving service department). BTW I addition to aggressive maintenance intervals they also have an aggressive approach in looking for a review as well as completing their survey. Ugh…happy to put this experience…and dealer…in my rear view."

"I had an appointment and arrived two minutes before my scheduled time. There were five employees at their computers and didn’t even look up to greet me. I had my mileage, keys left in the car and stood by my vehicle for ten minutes before an employee walked over to me. This felt like I was bothering them by my driving in there. I was the ONLY car in the bay, too. What had happened to the great customer service? Maybe they need a reminder that they are there to serve the customer? I left there feeling like an imposition rather than a valued customer. Time to step it up IGHonda!"

"Katie, my service advisor did an excellent job explaining what was needed to get my CRV up to date with fluids. The service bay was clean and orderly. When it was determined that the work on my car would take longer to finish, due to other issues that needed to be done, I was offered a courtesy car to use so I would not have to wait at the dealer. Katie kept me up to date on the repairs and they were completed the same day (oil change, Diff. fluid change, and a set of 4 needed tires). The car was also given an nice wash after the service. I would highly recommend Inver Grove Honda for any service repair."
